é que a EDF has only completed one new reactor in France in the last 25 years, which was 12 years behind schedule and four times over budget.
ou seja temos que acrescentar 12 anos pelo menos ou seja 2050 ou mais, e até lá esturricámos e rebentámos o orçamento....
